Dr.Muzafar Ahmad Pandit, presently working as Asst. Professor at Cluster University Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. He is B.Sc, B.Ed, M.A, M.Phil ,Ph.D in English Literature and has published more than 35 Research papers in different National and International reputed journals. His areas of research are Postcolonial literature, Diaspora and literary criticism. He is also a reviewer and Associate editor of different National and international journals. He is affiliated with teaching profession since 9 years and has taught thousands of students in different Universities ( Cluster university Srinagar, Jain University Bangalore and University of Ladakh) and different Government Degree Colleges of Kashmir as well as Jammu division, teaching both graduate and post graduate students. He is also a registered IGNOU councillor at study centre code 30210601 (Govt. Degree College, Bemina) Srinagar. He has received best Research award from INSC Bangalore in 2020 and Asia’s Education award in 2021 .He has written four books on varied themes. His areas of teaching are English language Teaching, British poetry and literary criticism.

Dr. Shafia Saleem is presently working as Associate Professor in the discipline of English, Department of Higher Education Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir. She is having more than 14 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience of serving different organizations in Jammu and Kashmir viz. Govt. Post Graduate College, Rajouri, Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu. Presently she is working as Associate Professor, Department of English, GGM Science College, Cluster University of Jammu.

She has published papers in various national and international journals besides presented papers in several national and international Conferences/Seminars. She was Co-Investigator in the UGC sponsored Major Research Project titled “Convergence and Configurations of Rarified Cultural Symphonies: A Study of Dogri and Kashmiri Folktales” for a period of three years.

She has contributed a lot for general development of the institution she served by organizing and coordinating various academic and outreach activities in adopted villages under Swach Bharat Summer Internship Scheme which includes social awareness campaigns, Beti Bachao Beti Parhao etc. Her work for Swach Bharat Summer Internship during the year 2018-19 has been recognized by the authorities and awarded 1st & 3rd prize at District and State level respectively. She has also organised different academic activities in collaboration with various local and national agencies.
