What is Novel Nuggets Exchange Policy for Books?

If you are unhappy with the product that you have received or need a change, you can request a return for it from your Orders Page.

Once the returned item(s) are received back, they will be checked and we will issue credits in your account for the value of the products returned. (Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable). 

Items will have to be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery.

What sort of checks do you do for Returned products?

We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you.

How long will the return process take?

Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up. We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.

Can I get a refund in my bank account for a return?

Prepaid orders have the option of receiving refunds either in the form of credits in your Bank Account, Card or Wallet from which the original payment was made. Requests for bank transfers can only be made for up to 7 days from when the return is delivered.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will only be issued in your Bank Account.

Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?

You can cancel your order from your Orders page if it has not yet been processed at our office. All orders are usually processed by 11 AM every working day.  

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?

Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure.  Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.

Is there any limit on the number of times the same product can be returned.

Yes, the same product can not be returned more than 2 times. We reserve the right to refuse a return in case of any abuse of the Returns process.
